The Story Behind My Journey
When people ask me what I want to do, I don't have just one answer—and that's intentional.
I’ve always been curious about how businesses work, what makes teams successful, and how different departments come together to create something meaningful. That curiosity has encouraged me to step beyond the classroom and explore opportunities that have shaped both my skills and my perspective.
Through internships, leadership roles, college organizations, and community initiatives, I’ve gained experience in HR, operations, event management, business coordination, and administration. Each experience has taught me something different. HR showed me the value of people, operations taught me the importance of systems, and every event reminded me that great outcomes are built on teamwork, planning, and adaptability.
Alongside these experiences, I’m also learning digital marketing because I believe understanding modern business means understanding how organizations connect with people, build trust, and grow. I’m not learning it because I want to switch careers—I’m learning it because I want to become a stronger business professional with a broader perspective.
What excites me most isn’t simply adding another internship to my résumé. It’s the opportunity to solve problems, take ownership, work with talented people, and keep learning every step of the way. I enjoy stepping into unfamiliar situations, asking questions, and figuring things out because that’s where I believe real growth happens.
I’m still at the beginning of my journey, and I see that as my greatest advantage. I’m eager to learn, open to feedback, and excited by challenges that push me to grow. My goal is simple: to become someone who adds value to every team I join—not just through my skills, but through my attitude, curiosity, and willingness to contribute.
