Hi,
I'm Gurbani Kaur.
A versatile business student who thrives on learning, solving problems, and turning ideas into action.
About Me
Leading with curiosity. Growing through experience. Creating meaningful impact.
More Than a Degree, I'm Building Myself.
I’ve never been someone who’s comfortable doing just one thing.
I’m Gurbani Kaur, a B.Com (Hons.) student who believes college is about much more than earning a degree. That’s why I’ve spent my time saying yes to opportunities that help me learn—whether it’s working in HR, supporting operations, managing events, or taking on new responsibilities through internships and student organizations. Every experience has helped me understand business from a different perspective.
Alongside my practical experience, I’m also learning digital marketing to understand how modern businesses grow, connect with people, and create lasting impact.
I’m driven by curiosity, enjoy solving problems, and believe that the best way to grow is by stepping outside your comfort zone. I’m not just building a career—I’m building the skills and mindset to create value wherever I go.
Where I Add Value
The skills I bring to any team I’m part of.
Operations & Process Coordination
I bring structure to moving parts — tracking, scheduling, and solving problems in real time so execution actually happens on schedule. (Applied across a 300–400 person two-day fest, four Sankalp events, and intern recordkeeping at RSVI.)
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
I design content and write copy that communicates clearly and looks professional, with a growing ability to bring that content onto real websites. (Built through hands-on training in Canva, article writing, and website building.)
Work Experience
Where I’ve applied operations and people-management skills in real settings.
RSVI (Rehabilitation Society for the Visually Impaired)
Managed intern recordkeeping and conducted wellbeing check-ins to support a healthier, more organized internship experience.
Student Council, MSCW
Helped plan and execute the college’s two-day annual fest for 300–400 attendees.
The Sankalp Organization
Coordinated logistics and execution across 4 events, alongside community-focused clothing drives.
My Featured Work
A few pieces I’ve created while learning to design and communicate visually.
